I'm not sure about that, but the water bras I've seen look like regular push-up bras, but it feels like there's a breast implant inside of it. There's this liquid pack inside the cup of it. It feels really strange, and I don't think it would do well when washed...

I actually have one from Victoria's Secret. It is a regular push-up bra except it has a small pouch with liquid in it that goes behind the padding. It is not heavy at all and if you get your correct size, they make you look bigger (to a certain extent). And they are removable.

To add girth, the bras have water pillow in them. they are falsies but without the annoying shifting of the pads

sure! they make everything now.. They are just that.. bras w/micro small beads of liquid.. it's to make your bosom look bigger and the water makes it 'feel natural..' I would think..

instead of padding they have either little pouches filled with fluid that can be removed or the cups are filled with liquid - they are quite heavy!
