Never babe. Every relationship leaves a legacy. You always remember every one. The gifts you learned from knowing that person you will always carry. Hopefully for the best. If wasn't was a lesson you will not have to learn again.

If you truly loved him you might take while to over him.
You just have to move on and get him off your mind.
I was married for 5 years and loved him but it was a one way realationship and those never work out.
Yet i found the man for me and we plan on getting married yet once in a great while i catch my self thinking of the past and wondering how he is doing or if i would of hung in there longer if he would of changed but in my heart i know you cant change a man he will be who he is and if you cant live with it then he aint worth it.
Some were out there you will find the right guy and you will get over him and wonder why you were wasting all your time and heart acke on him.
Good luck

The old saying is true "There is no remedy for love but to love more."-Henry David Thoreau. Go Discover your true self and fall in love with yourself. After you have done that love will find you. In the mean time Purchase India Arie's latest CD "Testimony Vol. 1 Life & Relationship." This should help heal some wounds and help you grow whether you are a male or female. Be blessed.

It depends on so many different things. A lot of people would say it has to do with the length of the relationship but in my opinion it has to do with the intensity/feelings involved. The best thing to do is keep busy, focus on the good times and look at it as a learning experience.

You might never get over him. But you also have just one life to live. So, put that loss in a box and forget him. Move on.
When you love again you will wonder how you wasted 3 years.

how long did you date him for, maybe you just need to find some more interesting parts of your life, like going to school and figuring out what you want to become, focus on yourself not him.
