Movie-wise there's nothing else currently planned by George Lucas, but there have been several books and comics that continue the saga.
TRUCE AT BAKURA (Novel)
Takes place the day after Return of the Jedi. The Rebel Alliance still fresh from their victory, receives a distress call from the Imperial colony on Bakura as it comes under attack by a reptilian race known as the Sri Ruuk and the Imperials and Alliance must work together to stop them.
DARK EMPIRE (Comic Books)
I haven't read them, but I think it takes place about a year or so after ROTJ (Return of the Jedi). Remnants of the Empire unleashes a new series of war machines known as the "World Devastators" and a clone of Palpatine appears and brings Luke to the Dark Side. Leia meets a venerable old woman Vima Daboda, a former Jedi Master, hidden away on a planet and learns the ways of the Force under her instruction. As a trained Jedi Leia is able to bring Luke back from the dark side and they defeat the new Palpatine and his World Devastators.
THE COURTSHIP OF PRINCESS LEIA (Novel)
Takes place about 3 years after ROTJ. A grand ceremony is held to welcome a potential new member, The Hapan Hegemony, to the New Republic. The Hapan Hegemony is a matriarchal society ruled by beautiful women (men are second-class citizens) and come from a region of space with stellar hazards that was easily defend against invasion. The Empire was never able to conquer them. In order to formalize the official joining of worlds, the Hapan worlds each presented valuable gifts (treasure, captured Star Destroyers, works of art, mineral ores, etc.) to the New Republic, including Prince Isolder the heir to the Hapan throne. As the acting Head of State, Leia must accept ALL on the gifts to honor Hapan culture in order to get them to join, meaning she would have to marry Prince Isolder or the Hapan Hegemony will refuse to join, and the New Republic needed them. Luke finds an old record showing a younger Yoda giving a report to the Jedi Cousel saying his team was unable to recover The Chu'unthor and was stopped by the "Witches of Dathomir". Luke discovers that The Chu'unthor was a massive starship designed to be a mobile Jedi academy, and he wants to find the planet (Dathomir) where it crashed so he can recover Jedi records and artifacts. Han and Leia get into a huge fight over the politically-based wedding and he and Isolder share a mutual jealousy and contempt for each other. Han tries to win Leia back by winning an entire planet in a Sabbac game. The previous owner claims it is uninhabited, and Han wanted to give the planet to Leia, she has been looking for a place to create a New Alderaan, where all the refugees and survivors of Alderaan can rebuild their lives. Turns out the planet is an old Imperial penal colony and no ships are allowed to land on or take off from the planet because none of the natives can be allowed to leave. The primitive tribes on Dathomir are groups of Force-using "witches" (most are Darksiders) that ride fully grown Rancors (the one in ROTJ was a small juvenille). Prince Isolder ends up chosing to marry Tenel Djo (a "good witch" and the leader of her people) and the Hapan Hegemony still join the New Republic. Han and Leia get married.
THE TIMOTHY ZAHN TRILOGY (3 Novels)
Takes place about 5 years after ROTJ. The New Republic comes under attack by Grand Admiral Thrawn, a military genious that just returned from the "Unknown Regions" where few expiditions have been made. Thrawns knowlede of the hidden Imperial technology cache on Wayland allows him to create a new army of clones, cloak some of his ships, and with the aid of a demented Jedi clone, Joruus C'boath, causes havoc on the New Republic. Luke meets Mara Jade (a former Dark Jedi, known as an Emperor's Hand, that was undercover as a dancer at Jabba's Palace and was suppose to kill him on Tatooine) and must work together to take out Trawn's cloning facilities. Leia is pregnant with twins and hides out with Chewbacca on Kashyyyk, be cause Thran has promised to get the children to pay off Joruus C'boath for his help. The hero's are victorious and defeat Joruus C'boath and Thrawn, Leia gives birth to the twins at the end.
JEDI ACADEMY TRILOGY (3 Novels)
Takes place about 7 years after ROTJ. Luke opens up a Jedi academy at the old Rebel base on Yavin 4. Han & Chewie crashland on Kessel (the Millenium Falcon is completely wrecked) and forced to work the spice mines where they meet a young teen, Kyp Durron. The New Republic stumbles apon the Maw Installation, the secret research facility hidden in a region of space (known as "The Maw") with several blackholes and gravitaional hazzards. They discover the Death Star prototype (a hollow spherical frame with a reactor and working superlaser) and a new heavy starfighter, called The Suncrusher, capable of firing special torpedoes that can cause suns to implode. Han, Chewie, and Kyp Durron steal back the newly repaired Falcon and escape from Kessel. Luke begins teaching Kyp at the new academy along with a group of other Force-sensative potentials. The spirit of the Sith Lord Exar Kun inhabits the ancient temple and gets Kyp to fall to the Dark Side and the young Jedi steals the Suncrusher. Luke is "Killed" and only the twins (now 2 years old) are strong enough in the Force to see his spirit. Kyp Durron and the Suncrusher are stopped, Luke's spirit is reunited with his body and he and his new students defeat the dark spirit of Exar Kun.
[I forgot what novels and comic are supposed to take place between the Jedi Academy Trilogy and the Young Jedi Knights]
YOUNG JEDI KNIGHTS (Series of mini novels)
Takes place about 19 years after ROTJ. The twins Jacen and Jaina Solo are about 14 and join Luke's Jedi Academy of Yavin 4 along with Tenel Ka (the daughter of Tenel Djo and Prince Isolder from The Courtship of Princess Leia) and Lowbacca (Chewie's nephew) the series covers the adventures of the 4 friends as they train to become Jedi.
[There's more novels between the Young Jedi Knights and the New Jedi Order, but I don't know what they are and haven't read them.]
THE NEW JEDI ORDER
Haven't read the books don't know when it takes place, I think its something like 30-35 years after ROTJ, because Anakin Solo (Han & Leia's youngest) is about 15 or so, the twins are in their 20s. The New Rebublic is invaded by the Yuuzan Vong, a race that is immune to the Force and uses their twisted bio-tech knowledge to conquer worlds and alter the ecology and biology of everything on the planet. The new Jedi Order falls under a cloud of suspicion and mistrust by the citizens of the New Republic, similar to the disallusionment the Old Jedi Order experienced before the Rise of the Empire. Chewbacca dies protecting the Solo children in a Yuuzan Vong attack. This is all I've been able to piece together so far, until I can get the time to catch up on reading the new novels.

This is my roommate again. She's got all sorts of interesting info up her sleeve.
There are no movies after Return of the Jedi, and there most likely never will be. Lucas appears to be done with the Star Wars universe. *sigh*
There are, however, any number of books that take place after the events of Return of the Jedi. Some notables include: The Hand of Thrawn Trilogy, New Jedi Order, Jedi Academy... and quite a few more.
The basic story is that Luke rebuilds the Jedi Order, though the new Order is somewhat different than that of the prequels. Luke's character is the most often developed, though Leia undergoes changes as she adapts to the knowledge of her father's identity.
Other events include Leia and Han's marriage and subsequent children, Jacen and Jaina (twins) and Anakin. Luke eventually does get married to a woman named Mara Jade. They have one son as far as I know, named Ben. Luke establishes a Jedi Academy on Yavin 4 until the New Jedi Order series, when it is destroyed by an invading extra-galactic species.
So, a great deal does happen, but there are no more movies.

The star wars stroy, like any story about life, and a whole GALAXY technically goes on forever.
But yeah. There are books. Luke and Leia start up a Jedi Training facility in an abandoned temple on Yavin 4. They take in characters that are allready teenagers usually, and have shown the signs.
Also, Leia and Han have two kids who are super force-adept. Quite interesting.
and something about a better-than-deathstar, called the sun crusher which blows up entire solar systems, and is manned by a single person.

because of the fact Obi Wan went as an older guy, and Anakin replaced back to how he replaced into till now he went to the dark component. Plus, Anakin wasn't fairly a considerable character interior the action pictures, and Ben/Obi Wan replaced into. does not have been precise to get rid of him there, just to examine the prequels. The actor that replaced into Anakin on the top did not fairly have a brilliant function interior the rest.

It's really sad, but if you really want to know ... well, the rebels got stranded on the Ewok planet with no way out. They had to resort to eating the Ewoks to stay alive, but they didn't realize that the Ewoks had a condition similar to mad cow. Of course, the mad cow was transmitted to everyone--except the droids. So R2D2 and C3PO were the only ones left. Sad.
