How can I play this dvd on my laptop?

hi, i just bought a laptop which doesn't play this dvd on any media player. This is what it says when i wanted to play dvd (from power DVD)
"copy protected disc can not be played when the TV out function is enabled."
Can anyone tell me whats wrong?

note: this dvd i could play in another computer

I also checked in device manager there was no Tv Out option

Im thinking mabye your "toggle video display" function is enabled and you need to disable that.

Its a function that you can hook a "S" video cable to your computer and then to your tv. Then you can watch what you do on your computer on your tv moniter. If you disable that it might work. Just a shot in the dark.

On mine its - Hold down "Fn" and then press "F4".

Yours could be that or something similar - example - "Fn" and then press "Fx" (x = other digit)
