In harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban there in the Shreking Shack Sirus and Lupin arw best friends and all that and Sirius is talkin about how he wants to kill Harry and Lupin sayn OK kill him and hes letting him kill him. At the end of the movie Harry is talkin ti Lupin like hes his best friend. Why would you talk to someonewho let someone kil you? Do nothing to stop your Death?

They are talking about killing Peter Pettigrew, who betrayed James and Lilly Potter to Voldemort (Pettigrew is in disguise as Ron's rat, scabbers.)
It's meant to sound at first as if they mean Harry, but the film-makers didn't do a very good job explaining that it's not, did they?

he isn't telling Sirius to kill Harry he is telling him to kill Pettegrew if he must, Lupin had already figured out that Ron's missing rat scampers was Pettigrew.
