we started trying last mondey and i felt myself cramp on wed.(ovulate) so we've tried every other day since. Just wondering if the chances are good, i am 35, but im healthy and my periods are like clockwork withing 1 to 2 days. what do ya think. first time trying!!

Well it takes an average of 7-10 days for an egg to implant after conception. However, you need to have sex before you ovulate (or at the exact time) in order to get pregnant. After you've ovulated, it's too late. I would reccomend trying FertilityFriend.com, it has tons and tons of information on trying to conceive, as well as a way to chart your fertility so you'll know when your best chances are of getting pregnant and when you ovulate.
