just put a wig instead of a hat.
put an apron instead of a scarf.
give her a purse instead of pipe.
and since she's white flatten out her backside. and there you go!

i have seen a picture of this...they made a snowman, made it a little curvier/thinner and added boobs. they gave her a hat and just made her look like a girl. it was really cute. then, they took a few snowmen and faced her to make it look like they were watching her...
