I'm guessing that they'll have brown hair and green eyes, but I'm not sure about the shade of brown hair. (The green eyes might also have specks or rings of other colors in them.)
Examples with eye color:
My dad has brown eyes, my mom has blue eyes with a ring of hazel around the pupil, and I have dark blue eyes with a ring of amber around the pupil. On my mom's side, my grandmother has brown eyes and my grandfather had blue eyes. On my father's side, both parents had brown eyes, although my grandmother had a ring of light blue around the outskirts of the iris. On his side, however, I also have my aunt: She has light blue eyes with a ring of amber around the pupil and is married to a guy who has black hair and gray eyes. Their daughter has blue/gray/green eyes.
Examples with hair color:
My dad had wheat-blonde hair that darkened into dark brown hair, my mom had blonde hair that darkened into dirty-blonde hair, and I have dirty-blonde hair. My grandparents on both sides had brown hair, and my aunt on my dad's side has lighter blonde hair. I also have a friend that has dark-brown hair (almost black) and a brother with light blonde hair. Her mom has her hair color, and her dad has wheat-blonde hair that was once the same as her brother's.
It really depends.....

Red hair and blue eyes. Same as the mail man...... just kidding Brown hair is dominant so they will have dark hair. Most likely brown or hazel eyes. Here is a website with info on the punnett square method for predicting probability and frequency of genetic traits

XY is just a gender issue not eye color
(women have 2 Xs, men have 1X and 1Y & so men determine the gender of the child)
Eye color like many traits can skip generations and our science is not yet that good on tracking.

You both have recessive genes so your kids will have green eyes. brown is dominant over any color but since you both have green then you will both pass that gene on.
