No, spiders cannot scream, they have no means of doing so. Spiders like all other arthropods are not equipped with vocal cords, so producing any sound from the mouth is definatly out of the question.
Some insects like the hissing cockroaches and several beetles can produce a "hissing" sound, this is accomplished by forcing air out of their spiracles. Spiracles are the tiny holes along the lateral side of the abdomen that allow insects to breathe.
Spider have book lungs which are a completley different structure. The insect spiracle is tiny and round, so it acts somewhat like a whistle, which allows certain adapted insects like the hissing cockroaches to make noise. The book lungs of spiders however is simply tiny folds of skin, it looks more like a wet towel someone threw on the floor, it has no special shape to allow for sound production.
so in short no, they cannot scream, or make any noise for that matter.
