ASIDE FROM GETTING REDUCTION, thats totally last resort.

I had a baby almost a year ago and did gain some weight, and I'm a size 12 currently. But that's not that huge, and I have DDD's.

I teach Pilates and they get in the way, I cant find any dresses that zip up past my chest, and I'm getting really pissed off.

Any suggestions?

Overall body fat reduction is the only thing short of surgery. If you are fit then there is no need to lose weight. Seriously consider a breast reduction. Insurance should pay for it if you follow procedure and jump through all the right hoops. 2 of my little sisters had one and they are both ecstatic. Only one drawback-excessive shopping for all the things they could never wear before!

I'm no medical expert, but from what I've heard/read (not that I intensely research the topic or anything) breast size gets larger during pregnancy and stays larger than originally for quite some time after child birth. I'm not sure how long baby's are supposed to be breast-fed, but my assumption is that after babys no longer need breast-feeding, breast size is reduced somewhat. Also, because women tend to gain weight during pregnancy, the weight is also added on the breasts and losing some of that weight will also reduce breast size. That I know for sure. But your breast size *should* return back to its original size soon afterward the baby no longer needs any type of breast-feeding.

not saying that you're over weight, but the only way I've heard of beasts shrinking (besides reduction) is from weight loss
