There are lots of variables with this question. Ask yourself, do you like your neighbor? Does he have a dog that barks too much? Does he throw trash in your yard or rake his leaves toward your property? Is he too noisy? If your answer is yes to 3 or more questions, do not stop the snowman. If less than 3, by all means stop the little pest, he may shoot your neighbors eye out.
