Well, they don't have eyelids, so they don't close their eyes, but they will just stop and rest. They do not sleep the same way we do, only part of their brain goes to sleep as they need to remain aware of their surroundings.
Some fish like tetras never seem to sleep, they just sort of slow down. But other fish like Dario dario will actually settle onto the ground for the night.

Ours just kind of sink to the bottom of the tank and hover just above the gravel. They just kind of zen out.
