2 weeks ago, i pulled a muscle in the back of my thigh while doing a heel stretch in cheer. It still hurts when i do a heal stretch. How do i help it heal??

I had this happen, caused a nasty bruise that ran the length of my thigh. Rest is the best thing and further prevention, usually this is due to a lack of potassium...eat bananas take multivitamins, but right now rest it. You need to ease back into your normal routine, the healing should take about 3-5 weeks.

basically, nothing, pulled muscles are no big deal unless you severed a tendon, which you probably didnt cuz you would have needed to go to the doctor, just take it easy and stretch as gently as possible taking baths is a good idea too, loosens your muscles some more

Try to visit a chiropractor Its a good idea to try one session if you dont feel any better stop and look for something else.
