For me, almost anything off the American Idiot album is good. The Dearly Beloved part of Jesus of Suburbia is my favorite from that song. Also, a crapload of their older stuff. Welcome To Paradise, Minority, Basket Case, Time of Your Life (Good Riddance)...

I like Green Day!
My favorite song(s) by them are Waiting, Good Riddance (Time of Your Life), and Basketcase. Jesus of Suburbia off of American Idiot was also fantastic. Actually, most of the songs on American Idiot were fantastic, but nothing's as good as the classics.

I can't get enough of Green Day, they are my favorite band.
