Has to be at least 12 inches tall and 3-D Does anyone have any good suggestions on maybe what we could use for this. It only has to be the skeleton head to toe> Thank you if you could help.

You could use unopened packs of smarties tied together to resemble the bone structure of a human being. Then, once the project is done, you'd all have a little snack.

Soap, clay, try to go to hobby lobby.
If you're not supposed to use pre-made stuff, get it from hobby lobby any way, then just cover everything in clay to make it look like you did it yourself. That's what I did in seventh grade.

use the leftover turkey carcass from the holidays. a little creative cutting, trimming, and reassembly..... might be cool
