It looks a little like her. The lighting throws everything off though.
Did you try to do a search on old photos of her.. or write to the author, publisher, and just ask.

It looks like her now, but that book is too old to have her like that on the cover. plus hse hasnt posed for covers of books, and they didnt use her picture for it either. I was reading an interview on the intrernet the other day, and she had said that.

That is the UK cover for that book. So I doubt that it is Sandra Bullock..

It sorta does look like her, but they say we all have a "twin" somewhere!
Ask the seller to see if their is any info in the front of the book?

I don't think that it looks much like her...actually, it doesn't look like a photograph at all to me--it looks much more like a drawing.

The lips are too thin, It resembles her, but I dont think that's Sandra.
