You have a warm complexion it sounds like, so as a general rule, wear brown instead of black (its too harsh)
colors that look good on you -
coral and salmon, or any other warm pinks,
a light blue or turquoise, (rather then navy, or grey-blue)
tans, any shade of brown as
orange - this is a hard color to pull ofr, but it sounds like you have the perfect hair/eye combination.
golds are usually okay, but make sure it doesn't clash with your hair, (stay alway from yellow usually) if you want to go metalic though I bet your best color would be a bronze -it will match your eyes!
greens (especially dark greens or mint, avoid lime green, it will look like you are sick)
these are just basic guidelines, but its always good to experiment!

Go for the golden hues. They may be a little bit harder to find, but it will tie your hair and eyes together. You might also want to try purple if you are looking to add contrast.

I am a browneye (hazel'ish) blond. What works for me is Yellow. Odd you say? I have been complemented when i wear yellow sweaters, a-shirts or T's.

A dark, natural pinks, any blues, brown for sure, green, I don't recommend black.

pinks and golds would look great.if ur skin also has a bronze undertone,try navy blue eyeshadows.
