As long as she is content and thriving, it's not a problem.

no its not. My baby did that at two months as well though. So what you need to do is burp her, wait a couple minutes sometimes even ten or change her to keep her alert and feed her another 1-2 oz. Burping helps immensly also try rubbing the nipple on top her mouth..that works for mine, and sometimes she would cry a bit when I put the bottle in her mouth but when I rubbed the top of her mouth she would stop crying and start sucking again finishing a four ounce bottle instead of just eating two.Be receptive, dont give up.

My 5 month old only drinks 4 oz at a time. Sometimes at night she'll only eat 2 oz and then goes back to sleep. If she's gaining weight and is healthy then it's probably ok. Good luck and congrats on your new baby

what i would do is feed her 1 oz and then burp her...then feed her the 2nd oz and burp her...see if she'll eat any more, but i doubt it...they usually only eat that much at that point...
i think my daughter started eating more than 2 oz. by the time she was like 3-4 months...it's been a year, so i can't quite remember...all i know is that with formula you need to make sure you burp her a lot...

Sounds like she may be getting into a snacking routine which will mean more feedings for you and less good, consistent sleep. Try to start stretching her to 3 to 3-1/2 feeding intervals. At first you'll really have to work at it, take her for walks, distract her so that when you do feed her she'll actually be hungry and will eat 4-6 ounces. Then she'll start getting on somewhat of a routine and will eat and sleep better.

Try to feed her more. If she is not taking then give the formula more often so that she gets to drink more milk. Your daugher is drinking 2 oz..my daughter drinks only 1.5 oz..at a time...she just dont want it anymore...

Babies usually eat every three to four hours, if she is drinking 2 oz. every three hours you should try to burp her and add one more ounce if she drinks the same two oz but in a space less than three hours, sometimes babies get air when they eat so it is very important that you burp her every two ounces and then try and give her more milk. Good Luck, just remember patience is your best allied

You definitely have to burp alot because if they do get air in their tummy then they refuse food. Also, 2oz is not alot. Is she having normal bowel movements and urine output? Also, it could also be the nipple that you are using. If the holes are really small then it will take her longer to feed. My best suggestion would be to consult your pediatrician.

I don't remember the amounts, but sometimes mine acted full because they were full of air. Maybe you could try burping her every 5 minutes.

How often does she eat? She seems a little old to be still drinking so little each time. Maybe you should consult your doctor...
