I have heard that that is it, so I am confused to the true meaning of it ? please help?

Its a "non-word" ~ I asked here, what is a word if don't mean anything? and the answers i got were similar to your question. there are words in our language that don't mean anything and IT may be one of them. there is a name for it.

"It" here ..means ...the thing or the expected outcome. Something that you really expect to happen.
