If you are using Internet Explorer open it then place your 'mouse arrow' to the left of the word BACK , you will see a row of dotted lines, your mouse should chage to a 'double headed arrow' hold the 'mosue button' and drag the arrow down. FILE EDIT VIEW.. and others will appear.

In your Internet Explorer, choose Tools, then Internet Options, then the advanced tab, then press the reset button, then OK, it will reset all your Internet settings back to the original settings.

Try hitting F11
Sometimes you can accidentally hit that and go into fullscreen mode .
