I personally like a guy in khakis, and the shirt doesn't have to be dressy but it probably shouldn't have holes or anything that is deliberately put there to offend others.
My biggest thing is, I don't want to see his underwear unless he's getting naked for a reason.

Depends. If you're still in school or it's summer, I certainly wouldn't expect a guy to get all dressed up because I wouldn't!
But you're meeting each other in a more professional place, ie work or restaurant, etc., then neater, dressier attire might be needed.
So long as it fits and isn't dirty! Preferably without holes and tears for me, although some girls do like that style.

sounds good too me.......i mean as long as its not a gross t shirt and jeans, or something like that. If i had a date with a guy,, depend in on where we went, maybe a little more dressy......
