Lol, the straightest answer you got was the second guy. 'Anata' basically means 'you'.
'You fell in love.' I guess. But I'm used to more formal stuff, there should be a particle (small word) between anata and koi to help determine if it's 'You fell in love' (Anata wa/ga koi ni ochiru) or 'I fell in love with you' (Anata o koi ni ochiru). Although, if they're going to leave stuff of they'll probably leave the subject off too.
I'd take a stab in the dark and say it's "I fell in love with you". How romantic : )

(anata) falls in love - that's as far as I got. I've eaten in Japanese restaurants, that's as far as I go.
