I might be purchasing UGGS or emus. Basically, a sheepskin boot. I really want them and it gets chilly here in the winter. The thing is a lot of people see me as "goth" and i usually hate everything the preps have. (ughh, stereotypical, i know.) I hate having the same clothing article that other people have, but they're just so comfortable! Also, all my friends hate them and i know i'd be asked a ton of questions. I have knock-off uggs from a couple years ago that still fit me. I think i'll end up getting them because i wear what i want and dont care much about what others think. What do you all think?

As a goth I would recommend, wool socks, they come in many colors including black and grey. Look around at the boots you can , find warm black boots.
I think that being a goth is over stated, speaking as one that is in college. No one care what I wear, so I mostly wear black but I buy what I like, so different than being type cast high school.

The way that you phrased that paragraph makes it seem like one day you decided you wanted to be "goth" and went out and bought a whole bunch of black makeup and died all your pink clothes dark.
Maybe you didn't do it like that, but it seems like you have the same outlook as someone who did do that. I think you should just go ahead and buy them, because if the fact that you 'wear what you want' and the fact that you have an unusual style is RESTRICTING you from wearing what you want-well, that's weird.

I think you should get ugg boots 'cause they're really nice and warm! I just recently got black ones and personally think they look the most goth. Tan ones can make you look preppy though.

Get black ones...gothy and warm...make sure you get Ugg brand..they are the best, and there is only one real Ugg, anything else is just a boot.

Go with those UGGS! they are comfy and no one will say you are being preppy if you are goth. Just make your feet warm and happy.

I would keep the knock off and paint them black..lol or any other color of your choice. put glitter and stars if you like. do not buy the full price one. but get the knockoff an make it yours
