PST or Pacific Standard Time. Right now, it's 1030PM EST (Friday) in Toronto. 730PM PST (Friday) and 1130AM Philippine Time (Saturday). December 8. 530P to 730P PST must be over by this time.

yes, this also happen to me.. if read the notification, it's should happen just 2 hours, but my YM still can't use from this morning. It almost 5 hours my YM can't use

YM finished it's maintaince. YM is now accessible.
