I live in the US now and just bought a Playstation 3 in a few months I will be moving to Egypt. Is my Playstation 3 going to work there???

I will be bringing all my games and the console that I bought with me. I won't be buying any new games in Egypt. Just wanted to know if the stuff I already have will work there.

Actually, it might not. Due to content locks, the games that you buy from egypt might require egypt playstation 3's. The Nintendo wii has this, if you try to run a game from Japan on a US Wii, it wont work, but that same game from the US will. Its a chip on the inside to stop from coping and selling the games. Contact Sony about this.

Pretty much. You'll need a converter for the electrical plug, though.
