Big breast and bikini wouldn't do much for getting my business. Go more for how pretty and/or sexy she is. Tight jeans or shorts look good too. Not all guys are into Big Boobs either. Nothing's worse than seeing a nice bottom, then seeing a face that would give you a nightmare.
Go back and re-read smsgreave...'s answer too.

Ummm I'm sure you would generate a little interest based on your employee's assets, but if you actually required her to wear skimpy clothing you could get in legal trouble. And if a flat girl applies and you say "large breasts only" you could get sued for discrimination. And its skanky. Your going to attract nasty guys who might want more than a hotdog. Its not like there's security for this hotdog stand is there?
And gawkers who aren't going to buy anything might congest the line for actual customers.

No. You will make as much money as you normally would.
You will make more tips (which will belong to the weenie-hooter)
You will have too many unpaying customers (taking the spots that real customers would have used).
Unless your hotdogs are reaaaaaly good; like addicting good.

Well I use to know of a topless car wash that did pretty well. Have you ever actually ate food at Hooters? I don't see how they stay in business, must be the girls. Be prepared to get sued for hiring only girls, Hooters was

It depends on a lot more than the person selling them!! Location, demand, value for money, competition, quality, opening hours, traffic flow...... then start thinking about who's going to sell them!
