I want to know by eating anything we can control sperm from reaching ovum and control fertilization?

Lol, sperm can live from 2-7 days (usually about 72 hours for most men). No, there is no way that you can eat a certain food that will keep the fertilization process from ocurring. But certain unhealthy habits, such as smoking and drinking, can lower a man's sperm count, which makes a woman's likelihood of becoming pregnant slightly less .

The recommendation still stands...use protection.

I suppose that eating a large amount of female sex organs from animals could disturb a woman chance at ovulating, or it could induce menstruation, since these organs are likely to contain high levels of female hormones. These hormones are also found in The Pill and The Morning After Pill. Of course, this probably isn't a good idea.

Books say that a sperm can live in the vagina or uterus for up to 72 hours. sorry there's no food
