They are going to have to shape up or they will be out of business very fast. They do not have the best health standards. But anyways, growing the green onion is not what they do and they bought those from farmers. Raw veggies are a risk of that, and they always have been. I work in food service too and we used to use green onion and we changed the recipe because it is very hard to keep it at safe temp. It has to be cooked until it reaches 165 degrees or higher in order to kill any bacteria that may be in it. And when it is not, you end up with what they have now. A huge problem.

I used to have a taco bell next to me in the mall and they had TONS of rats and mice and they would just leave their trash in the hall - nasty. They need to clean up their act. I stopped eating there when I found out about it.

The company I work for has super-high food and health standards and they have never had any problem with foodborne illnesses since I have been there. They are always on top of that. And we knew about the taco bell thing before it even got in the news, because my company pays attention and informs us so we can prevent these things.

No, not until they get their sh** together. Or acutally not until they get rid of it.

For those just joining us, the E-Coli problem taco bell is current dealing with.
