The blonde chick as you put it is Australian actress Cate Blanchett she plays Galadriel....
The King guy is a little more difficult to tell as i dont know which king guy you speak of ....

It depends on which movie you are talking about. "The Fellowship of the Ring", it is Lord Elrond (elf king) and Galadriel (elf Woodland Relm queen) ,"The Two Towers" then it is Theoden (king of Rohan) and Eowyn (his blonde niece, in love with Aragorn). If you are talking about "Return of the King", then it is Aragorn (king and hero) and Eowyn.

It's been a while since I watched the movies, so please forgive me if I'm thinking of the wrong characters, but...
If, by "the king guy", you mean the one who was part of the fellowship, then you mean Aragorn. Also known as Strider.
Also, I believe Galadriel of the elves was blonde.
