I think so. Seriously, who else from the NFC can match up to them?

Dallas? They have problems on D and Juilus Jones is becoming a stiff. Plus Romo isn't playoff tested.

Chicago? Their offense is crap, the only reason their record is so good is because they have the world's easiest schedule. (Look it up) If they win a playoff game it'll be shocking.

Carolina? They're 6-6, the NFL's biggest disappointment; they may not even make the playoffs.

New Orleans? All teams need to do is shut down Brees and it's bye bye Saints. They're wearing down anyway.

The Giants? They're having internal squabbles and Eli's feeling the New York pressure.

Who does that leave? It's going to be the Seahawks in the NFC again. Although they will lose to New England in the Super Bowl.

As a fellow Seahawker, I certainly hope I'm right. I do believe they can make a return trip because of the following:

1. The remainder of their schedule is very positive. This week they should crush Arizona. Then comes San Fran which may be a close one but they should pull it out. Next is the Bolts...they worry me but they might not have much to play for if they've already locked up their playoff spot and can't get a higher seed by winning. Finally, Tampa Bay might sneak up on us but we shouldn't need the win by then to lock up the #2 seed in the playoffs (#1 being Da Bears).

2. 1st week bye in the playoffs like last year.

3. Chicago WILL LOSE their home playoff game.

If all of the above goes as planned, we walk back into the Super Bowl...to beat the Colts (and the refs?)!

listen i am a steelers fan and there is no way in hell that seattle will make another super bowl run.they have the bears, the cowboys, and the saints first to get by and the other two wild card teams. the bears defense is too strong.tony romo is the best qb in the nfl and their home run hitter in marion barber III. and the saints are too much of a run and gun to keep up with.not to mention the two wild card teams, probably the giants and eagles which they arent nothin but still the steelers did beat the colts and any upset is possible, and it wasnt luck dont be jealous of the best!im sorry to tell you but if the seahawks do face either the cowboys, saints or bears then they are goin to lose.its not nothin personal or me bein a steelers fan but i just think the seahawks are not capable of beating those kind of teams yet.

Their running offense with Alexander along with their defense both need to step up.

It won't happen...Because Alexander ain't at 100% yet no matter how he looked the last two weeks...i can also tell you that the Steelers ain;t going anywhere...Last year was luck...

Although they have a good offense their defense isn't strong enough to stop dallas, or no offense. Nor is their offense good enough to score on chi-town's Defense. So they will not repeat as the NFC champions.

No, unlike the Saints, the Bears have a run defense, in fact, they have the second best run defense in the league. Also, the Seahawks liked to show the world that they cannot through with success unless they run the ball, which they wont be able to do. Also, it is much colder, thus a huge advantage for the Bears, in Chicago than it is in Seattle. The playing surface at Soldier Field is among the worst in the league and the Bears have used that to their advantage.
