When students enter my professor's classroom, he always greets them and asks them how are they doing. But when i come in, he'll look up but quickly look right back down to his papers. He never makes eye contact with me when i want to answer my questions or comment on the current chapter. Is it the way i look or is he like get a certain vibe/aura from me that's not welcoming? It makes me sad and worried that i am irritating him. hmm, what do u guys think?

Could be attracted to you...or you could be like me and be really worried about what others think so you make something out of nothing. I would talk to him about it. It sounds like it might be distracting you and that could have a negative influence on your grade.

been there done that. with slightly of luck i earned that A yet i doubt it. I had an quite warm sociology professor she became warm and prefer 28. She talked to me otherwise than the different student. on the end of maximum training she'd pull me aside and question me to assist her carry stuff to her next classification. For some reason i have been given an A on each and every try which i understand i did not attempt on. Others were fortunate to get B's i have seen it. Everytime she'd look at me she'd continually smile as adverse to different scholars she had a stern severe face. i understand flirting and that i'm definately confident that on the end of the category at the same time as i'm which includes her on my own she became very flirty. She had a boyfriend she did aspect out that yet to the completed classification. i imagine i mean i understand if i went for it it ought to of been a student/instructor relationship outdoors classification yet i did not attempt this. If i became strolling from yet another classification and that i'd see her often times i'd faux that i do not see her yet i said her watching me alot as i'm strolling by. i imagine you need to save on doing what you do, ignore about it in case you may and continually save it strictly specialist. If the student begins to act actual unusual to the point that you're stressful perchance you need to inform dean.

I would ask him exactly like you asked in your question. Or ask him if you make him uncomfortable? Reason being, somehow it may affect your grade. I'm in college and I know all my instructors and they know me. This gives me an edge in the long run, i.e. maybe I need a point to get an A instead of a B+, as a reference, or they just might have something I need down the road. If there is a problem, it might hamper what I need from them someday. I believe in being straight up because believe that is truly how we as people get what we need. You just might be surprised by your instructor's answer. It might not have anything to do with you (personally) at all.

He is probably attracted to you and knows that he could lose his position if he acts on it.

Try wearing less revealing clothing.
