I personally have an IUD and I recommend it to everyone. I have three kids. I got pregnant on the hepa shot and on the pill so my doc recommended the IUD. It is a T shaped device that is inserted (clipped) directly on the uterus and it repels sperm which is why it is so effective. (the iron in the device kills off sperm like a spermicide or something.) and the beauty of it all is that it lasts for ten years, u don't have to worry about taking anything because it's always there, and it works. I've had mine for almost two years and have had no problems, no side effects, nothing. It is a great birth control method.
Good luck!!

you're proposing as evidence an fairly decrease down piece of a much bigger article that became into out some weeks in the past. first of all, that isn't the Bush administration suggesting this transformation, however the dept of well being and Human amenities. Now, yeah, this branch operates under the Bush administration, yet there is unquestionably no indication that Bush suggested, "good day! Ya'll oughta do this." that's a draft regulation, circulated to those that could have a say in it for feedback and enter. that's what you're meant to do. And, the proposal, at its middle, fairly basically defines specific states of being pregnant in a diverse way. it relatively is all. guy, it would not take a lot to get you people spun up does it? and what's with the '$'? Is there some financial providence for the Bush administration right here or are you basically making an unsubstantiated and the two ignorant assertion?

I have the Mirena IUD and love it. It isn't recommended for woman who haven't had a baby because their uterus is smaller and have a higher chance of expulsion. There are Drs out there who will place them if you haven't had a child.

IUD has to be instered by you GYN doctor. It is recommended that you already have at least one child and that you are in a monogomus relationship. If you have multipule partners do not get it. From my own experience it worked great for me, I had it for 3years.

a dr puts it in and you more or less forget it for 5 years. every now and then you need to feel for the sting to make sure it is in place. i havent had a peroid in 4 months. i love it.

i had one for a couple of years. the doctor puts it in . it needs replacing once a year. it is best if you have already had kids because your cervix is stretched. your periods will be a little heavier, more cramps

the iud can be "b(h)umped out of place...especially if your beau or toy is of the larger persuasion. ;-)

I would stick with orthonovum lo dose and work up. the "pill" is the most effective form of BC...besides abstaining.

none of the above prevent stds though... keep that in mind.
P.S.
AM I REALLY THE ONLY GUY THAT RESPONDED? FUUUSHHAMMEEE!!!
