XBox 360 help please?

Question

I was playing NCAA Football 2007 on the 360 yesterday and after a couple hours, it said that the disc is unreadable. I took the disc out and saw some minor scratches but nothing serious. I put it back in and it worked on the menu, but the actual game would not load. I took the hard drive off and unpugged he 360 like MS told. I put it back in and it worked, until the 4th quarter. I cleaned it 5 time and still, the game is unreadable at the 4h quarter. I contacted customer support and they told me to delete the save files for that game, i did useless. Now they are telling me that the 360 must have been jostled while playing the game and somehow, scratched it at the wrong place. They told me to return the game for a new one. But i dont know if i can. the 90 day warrenty has run out. what should i do to play this awesome game again?

PS: i bought the game at best buy.

Go buy a new one....if u cant afford go sell that old game to some game store..and u get like a 65 pct money bac..yrust me it works.

there's no vast difference between the Elite and Arcade variations of the Xbox 360 except for the colour. So it must be more on your price range to in elementary words purchase the 120GB troublesome stress and stick that on there. except you opt for the black console, then bypass for it yet thats a lot of money.

probably something on top of your xbox. NEVER EVER put something on the top of an xbox 360. the outer shell of it is week and pushes down on the cd reader cause the disk to scratch.
