I workout 5 times a week - all at home. I usually walk the treadmill varying programs from 30 minutes to 45 minutes, and lift 5 lbs. weights every other day.

I run or walk on the treadmill for 25 or 30 mins 2x's a week an working up to 3xs a week, next week.

maybe 10 minutes
1. I push my self away from the dinner table
2, I bend off to get things out of the ref
3. I run to the bathroom
4. I walk to the donut shop

6 days a week 9 hours a day. My job.

Everyday......I teach figure skating.....
I also curl once a week...
In the spring , summer, and fall I golf everyday....
