yes: because we're here to make the learn a little bit and make the place a little better, some of us will and some of us wont but that will show up in the test report as we're part of something much bigger; yes: yes; created by higher being (for me God- but I'll accept yours too); yes; to me, it is logical to pick and choose and allow for "gray area" in between the extremes- those that commit to one and only one theory can always be tripped up on some of the details that dont fit that theory; many things baffle me and seem not logical, if I had to pick one it would be the growing need of many people to put there nose in others business. If someone doesn't like what someone else is doing why dont they ignore it instead of getting a lawyer and trying to make them submit to their own personal ideals; isn't thinking really just electrons and other subatomic activity bouncing around in our heads?; yes, I believe in the soul because sometimes peoples bodies get in such bad shape they should have died but something beyond their physical being keeps them alive. In other cases, nothing can be found wrong with the body but the person still wills themselves to die- maybe this is broken heart syndrome; Religion is the only way to explain much of what we know to be true. for example, most materials contracts when cooling. However, water expands therby reducing its density so that ice can float on top of the pond or lake. If water reacted the same as every other material and contracted as it cooled, life would not exist because all the ponds and lakes would freeze from the bottom up and as we all know, life as we know it originated in the water. Also, how could a mosquito have evolved? how many generations did it take to grow a probiscus of that length? How did they nourish themselves through several generations until the stinger got long enough to puncture skin and suck blood from a vessel?; Science has alot of theories and hypothesis. Once however, something becomes a law of science, it has been widely reviewed and scrutinized and it is usually pretty universally true. I dont know anyone that thinks we can break the law of gravity- we can however through our understanding create situation which are not subject to the law- for example blasting a rocket to a distance away from the earth where the effects are negligible; people thinking is based on many factors- intelligence, curiosity, genetics, environment, astrological sign, chinese symbology, life experiences, and probablyother factors impact the thought process.

Wow, that was a dusy- I would have liked to write more but I could be here all night on just one of your questions

"existence," really means nothing more to me than knowing that I feel things, and I do, therefore I exist. I don't know about everyone else, though. Maybe I'm just insane. I don't know why we exist, or I exist. I don't know if there's a God, bit I WANT to believe in it. I don't know how the universe began, and I don't know if maybe I'm just insane and it never really was. Maybe I'm just a soul floating around in something I can't concieve. I do not know why I have the ability to think, but I do believe that I have a soul inside of me. I don't have any other explanation for being able to feel what I feel and think what I think. I do not think that religion is "logical," because it's not based on "fact." Then again, what is "fact," really, if there's so much we don't know? Breaking the laws of science seems impossible because we lack the knowledge of how to do it. I'm sure the people of the past couldn't even imagine cars and computers. I don't know why people think the way they do. Sometimes I don't even know why I think the way I do.

In short, there's a lot I don't know. That's one thing I like about life; there are so many ideas to think about, to ponder. I want to try to figure out what my life means, even if I never do fully figure that out.

do we exist - If we don't exist who asked the question?

why - To evolve (spiritually)

is there a god - Yes, but it's not an insecure king figure in the clouds. god is the Source of all things. It doesn't need to be worshipped, we are part of it. That's what I believe.

universe - Don't know and don't need to know at this point.

logical to me - The natural order of things

illogical - The way most people think

why ability to think - Don't know, don't need to know.

souls - Yes. That's why we're here. To develop our souls.

religion - It was when I started thinking about it when I realised how illogical it was. Religions had good intent in their earliest origins but the ones I'm familiar with are just insane. It's all fear and damnation.

science - What laws of science? People are confused in their definition of science. They use it to prove that the unseen doesn't exist. But how do you prove that something doesn't exist? They forget that science is all about the search for knowledge. Theories are constantly changing, new things are constantly being discovered. There's so much we haven't discovered yet but so many people assume that science already knows all there is to know.

people think - I'm not gonna generalise. Everyone has their own story.

Why we exist: we didn't have a choice, our parents brought us here. God - a VERY personal issue and entirely up to one to believe or not. Why some people think this way and not that: we are all born with entirely different brains, if any. i could go on but I maybe better you read some books about this - you can get many from the library.

in answer to your questions.....

Yes; Don't Know (doesn't really matter); No; Yes i do believe that there is no God; Don't know; Yes; Logic; for a start, emotions; Big brains that mutated?; Does it matter?; Religion and Logic are a poor mix; All you need to do is redefine what the law's of Science are, then prove it; Brainwashing.

It is possible to answer your questions, but i fear that it will not make a great deal of sense.

Why don't you separate these into different questions. For anyone to answer all of these, would take a VERY long time and LOT to read. Those are deep philosophical questions and each one usually has a lengthy answer.
