How do I know if my Internet connection has high bandwidth or low bandwidth?

I just bought a Nintendo Wii and I read on the instruction booklet that to connect the Wii to the Internet my connection has to have a high bandwidth. I want to know how to find it out.

OK, first off, if you have to dial in to your internet connection, it's too slow for the Wii. That being said, to find out just how fast your internet connection is there are several online tests:

i don't know exactly but high bandwidth is usually like DSL or something and low bandwidth is usually dial up
