Fort Valley, Georgia-collard greens. They are great with hot sauce and corn bread. Try it. you'll be hooked. Get the right person to cook them though... not anyone and anybody can cook great collard greens like my mother. cant wait till school ends for christmas break so I can go home for a home cooked meal. I have have been living on fast food all semester.

State and country both would be thick steak, mashed potatoes and gravy and thick toasted bread. I know that's more than one but they go together well and it all says down home when put together.
