Very simple- body language gives you keys into what the person is truly feeling- are they hiding part of the answer, are they nervous, angry, sad, how do they stand, walk, use of gestures, physical distance from you ( do they enter your space),tone of voice, twitching, hands in pockets, fiddling with an object...does this help you?

Ann : according to nonbehavoir see some people dont know any
better because they cant control themselves at all . The best
thing for you is just to teach those about well mannered& polite
too also reason with some sychology maybe this works good
