Canal Control the game on TMOBILE Phones?

Does anyone know where I can download the PC version of the Game Canal Control that is programmed on some TMOBILE Phones???? I know there is one called something else that is just like it....

i have a cingular phone with that game, but anyway, on my old computer i had a game called pipe dream that was like canal control. there was another that was on the game empire disc, but i can't remember the name of that one.
