Couldnt agree more, the liars, thieves AND HYPOCRITES that call themselves representives of God have no right to protection from any avenue .Law or taxes!
Religion is a curse on mankind and has sought nothing except the corruption of Gods good name in its evil deeds.
Religion and God are seperate. So are God and State.
God has said you do not need churches to talk to him , they, the churches know this yet the book of Thomas and Phillip are hidden , covered up and lied about.
God is evertywhere so why do you need a conduit to reach him?

If there became in common words one faith given tax-exempt prestige, then the answer for your question may be convinced. even with the undeniable fact that, all church homes, synagogues, mosques, and different faith communities savor this earnings. even if Christians or the different non secular communities provide appropriately to their community is a separate, and bonafide, concern. IMHO, the founding fathers were maximum in touch about the governmentno longer allowing the human beings to worship as they chosen by organising one faith and then forcing that on the inhabitants. issues received't be perfect yet maximum human beings do have the liberty to worship how and the position they want, or to no longer worship in any respect.

It also says they shouldn't make any restricting them either. If churches fit the criteria for non-profit organizations than they shouldn't be taxed and if they don't then they should, but ya can't just make them pay taxes because they are a church.

Yeah, yeah.... I see it this way as long as they are all regulated equally it is OK. If all churches are tax except O.K. good! If just a few favorites are, not good, bad.
I believe this is exactly what that passage means. So if we tax them all it still obeys the law just the same as if we tax none.

I guess you want the churches to pay taxes to the government, but you would still expect the church to stay out of government. You can't have it both ways.

Wake up! The government is not restricted from supporting religions. It cannot establish "a religion". It is now establishing, through it's restrictive policies a religion called atheism.

The meaning of that clause just means that they cannot endorse any religion. That means that they cannot politicaly endores any religion. They can say that they belong to a certain religion, however they cannot endorse it publicly.
