YES - The sad fact of my life is that I often DO know AND see it ALL, BUT more often than not can NOT do a darn thing about it. Call it the Uncertainty Principle of my life - you either Know Or you can Act, doing both perfectly at the same time is literally impossible.

Yep, but as long as I don't use it, no one else knows that I know far more than what I know I know, so it's useless.
