It's spelled "Li". Obviously Naruto would win because Naruto can use jutsus and his trump card is the ability to unleash the Kyuubi. Plus, Naruto has a strong healing factor, Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, Rasengan, and his new unnamed move.
...I just realized that you might have meant "Rock Lee", not "Jet Li". Rock Lee has thick eyebrows and a bowl haircut, and wears a green jumpsuit. Rock Lee sparred with Naruto in episode 209. Naruto created a large crowd of Kage Bunshin and Lee defeated all but one of them. Lee and the real Naruto faced off and since Lee was worn out by the clones, the two of them knocked each other out, ending the battle in a stalemate.

I say Jet Li wins.
Naruto would win and wouldn't even need the Kyuubi to beat Jet Li. However, Jet Li is real and Naruto is a drawing. So Naruto could be erased by Jet Li with an eraser.
But if Naruto were real, then Naruto would kick Jet Li from here to Timbuktu.

I guess it won't be a fair fight since Naruto is full of advantages from Jet Lee. Naruto has powers while Jet Lee got only his Natural powers, muscular.

Do you mean Rock Lee instead of Jet Lee?
As mentioned previously, as of the anime episodes (I've seen up to 211) they're about equal. They've fought two times, both in the fillers (once mentioned previously in episode 209 and another time in an earlier episode when Naruto was battling Lee at his dojo.) Both ended in stalemates.
Naruto- Kyuubi, strengthens power and chakra, while hurting him and shortening his life span.
Lee- Five Gates open, which also gives him amazing power and speed, once again hurting his health and leaving him weak when its effects wear off.
Thus, they're about equal.
However, in the manga, I would have to say Naruto (up to chapter 334.) Why? Naruto just finished touch- ups on his huge wind manipulation technique. Kakashi said that once he completed it, he would be stronger than Kakashi. Kakashi rivals Gai, and Gai is Lee's sensei. Obviously, Naruto is far stronger.

Jet lee is more on kungfu, who do you think will win against a powerful chakra, and isn't it obvious that "naruto" is the title role, he wont let jet lee wins. Jet lee must defeat sakura first! once he wins hmmm... he can't still beat naruto.

um...if you know the answer, then why are you asking? anyways, naruto, because he has the nine-tails chakra, which would totally MURDER jet lee, that stupid mortal, he doesn't even stand a chance against sakura...
