I think you might be thinking of George Lazenby, who was between Connery and Moore.

George Lazenby starred in the James Bond film "On Her Majesty's Secret Service", however he played this role in 1969; after Sean Connery portrayed James Bond. This movie was not an actual James Bond film. It dd not have the James Bond them and it was directed by Peter R. Hunt (the only time he ever directed a James Bond film). This film did so poorly that many James Bond fans dismiss it as one of the story lines to follow. It's was definitely "Stirred and not Shaken".

I think you are talking about these guys.
Casino Royale (TV program, 1954 starring Barry Nelson)
Casino Royale (1967, starring David Niven and Peter Sellers)
I think in the first one, james bond is played as an American and is called Jimmy Bond instead of James Bond.
These are not included in the Offical 21 james bond films and the 2008 "bond 22"

Please write coherently next time.
Anyway, there was no actor who portrayed Bond before Connery and whose film was not shown.
The claim by one of the respondents that "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" is not an official Bond film is pure crock. The Bond theme is indeed in the film, and the film was produced by EON Productions, which produces all of the official Bond films.
It is also not true that Bond film don't consider "Secret Service" to be a true Bond film or that it was one of the worst. You will find quite a few longtime Bond fans (of the novels and the movies, not just the movies) praise "Secret Service" as being the most faithful to the novel, having one of the best plots, and having one of the best scores.
