I KNOW EXACTLY HOW TO DO THAT!!!
Brush your lips with a soft-bristled toothbrish the clear off any dead skin.... then take a warm wet washcloth and press on your lips for several seconds to open your "lip pores" then follow with a cool wet washcloth to close them. After that you can apply any waxy type chapstick (not vaseline more like Burt's Bee's )then apply any color lipstick you like... if that color is too stong then kiss the back of your hand to take some of the color away.... then follow with a clear glossy lipgloss.
Good Luck!!!

Choosing a brand is mostly a personal choice. For the same look i would buy something in a nude or skin color. Then apply a clear gloss for extra shine. Personally, I use Maybeline and CoverGirl.

Try C.O. Bigelow's lip glosses Bigelow Mentha Lip Shine ~ they are wonderful! They keep your lips soft and shiny, come in a couple of sheer tints and are mint-flavored to keep your breath smelling nice. I got mine at Bath & Body Works or you can get them directly from C.O. Bigelow. Here is their website: http://www.bigelowchemists.com. There is also Good Skin's Megabalm ~ also very good stuff! I have the Nude Tan color which has a nice, natural look to it, it moisturizes your lips while giving you a nice shine. Here is their website: http://www.goodskindermcare.com. I got mine at Kohl's or you can get them directly from their site. If you try either of these, you won't be dissapointed.

I would suggest a product sold by Bath and Body Works. It is their mint lipglosses. Choose either the clear lipgloss or the pale pink to achieve this look. They are $7.50 without a sale, but sometimes they are on sale for $5.

You could use any type of lip gloss that keeps your lips soft
Here is the gloss and lip balm, I found out about this, when I visited Martha Vineyard for summer vacations with my family. This is the best to keep your lips soft and stop chapping

That looks like Copperglow Berry of Revlon Super Lustrous lipstick. Try that product. It's top rated! See this source for why.

Burts bees wax has tinted colors and has its minty so your breath smeels nice. The tints come in several colors and give the right amount of color without too much drama.
