I feel silly for asking this but just until recently I thought Swan Princess and Swan Lake were the same thing. I asked my friend and she said they were two different things.
Please tell me what the difference is.

basically swan lake is way sadder... the girl and guy turn into/stay swans at the end... but they love each other anyway.
swan princess is the cartoon movie take on the swan lake story, they live happily ever after, and there is no beautiful dancing in it!

Swan Lake is the ballet based on the fairy tale of the Swan Princess, with Odette and Odile appearing in both.

um what the heck is swan princess i noe there is a huge difference cuz swan lake is a ballet that is really good
