If I have 99% and play again with the new game + option, can I simply switch sides (youth league to new yevon) to get the other 1% that I need?

Yes. As long as you got that percent in your first run of the game. However, it depends on what percent you're missing, if it has anything to do with the Switching Sides, I wouldn't do it, some percents can only be gained by being on the Youth Leagues side.

you need to be sides with youth league 2 get 100% just checkyou got everything in the game.

well,do you have everything you need?Did you complete everything?Did you complete on every difficulty,if all is yes,it is probably a small last minute glitch like in Grand Turismo.(When you Beat the game,it says 98.6 percent,but its actualy done)
