going topless on most European beaches is totally acceptable. If there is any staring done, it usually done by immature, puritanically regressive American men, who usually just need to be ignored. I had never been topless until i spent a summer in Europe. It is normal, acceptable and feels ooo soo great!!!

They're probably used to seeing women topless at the beach. I doubt they stare. In some countries women don't always show their legs but in the United States it's so common that no one stares when shorts are worn. We're used to it.

I'm not sure about reactions in Europe, however I do know that in tribal Africa topless women aren't considered a disruptive sight. I think that if the culture accepts toplessness for women as well as men then it doesn't matter.

No, only the Americans stare. Women go topless and play with their kids like that. It is no big deal and no ones reacts differently.

No-one really cares, because it's only a pair of flippin' breasts and considering every women has them, it really shouldn't be that much of a big deal. If Americans have made breats into something purely sexual, that is their own igorance.

HTH : )

It's fun to look, but then you want to touch, and that's not allowed, so BFD.
