Once you bailed him out, you need to pay the bail amount to the bail bonds company. Once he missed court, the bail was forfeited and your bail bonds company starts sweating bullets. Since he's back in jail, the bail bond company is off the hook now for the previous bond. However, you are still responsible for paying the premium when the bail bond company orginally posted.
Good luck. By the way, next time, let them sit in jail, it's not worth the hassle and if he gets convicted it's time served.

Yep paying the bail makes you responsible for making sure they go to the court date you could be fined yourself as well as the amount owed to the bail co.

I am sorry to tell you, but yes you do. If he did not show up for court, and they had a warrent issued for him, you have to pay his bail co. But you could always ask the bail bondsman.
