Ok around 6 months ago, I was walking along Park Avenue in new york delivering my packages( I'm a messenger). When I stepped on a pothole and twisted my ankle. Extreme pain. After the initial shock, I tried to walk on it, and this 25 year old women I didn't even know began to help me walk and carried my packages for me. I couldn't believe her kindness. She spent two hours out of her day, to make sure I got home safe.

I felt really flattered, why do girls do this. I don't think I would have done the same thing.

this is a silly question(lol) WERE NICE! thats why :D if i saw a guy walking and i saw him twist his ankel id offer him help too! its wat everyone would do(most of everyone) some people are not as kind but sometimes u need to take time to help others and not think about urself u think u might have troubles and then u see someone else and it almost takes ur breath away(lol) its like saying u dont have enough money to buy some food but u already paid off ur house so at least u got a house and then u see some guy on the street with a sign up that says 'will do anything for food' and u think 'this guy has it harder than me' so u hand them the last dollars u have in ur pocket he thanx u and u walk off

Honestly, I think it amounts to the nurturing nature of women. Some of us are extremely nurturing and born with some kind of maternal enstinct that makes us care. Or maybe you were just blessed to come across a wonderful lady who took time out of her busy day to show compassion for a fellow human being.

I think it brings out our nurturing instincts, and many women are natural "nurses". Most women like to help.

I would have done the same thing as the woman who helped you, and I'm sure lots of others will say the same thing.

its a mothering instinct inside of us. we see someone or something in pain and we tend to want to help as much as we can. I just wish some men were as nice.

THATS WHY WE ARE CALLED FEMALES. WE ARE CONSTANTLY DOING THE THINGS THAT THE GUY SHOULD BE DOING. I AM GLAD THAT YOU ACTUALLY NOTICED. MOST GUYS SHOULD BE AS WISE AS YOU ARE.
