Try your very hardest to make every moment together count just because a person has a heart condition does not necessarily mean they will die .By your writting I am guessing you are in a poorer country and I dont know in which country your friend lives so it is hard to know how good the medical services are where he lives .Please try to encourage him it is surprising sometimes what a good friend or relationship whether you have met or not can do to help .Just be there for him and don't make him angry try to let him know you still care about him he is a worthwhile person and that you like his talks .

How old RU both? He sounds older (heck, if he's got a heart condition?) I don't think he should be like laying that kinda stuff on you.. I mean U gotta feel bummed about it, sure.. but heck, U aint' his doctor, right? It's kind of selfish (him I mean.) U don't wanna think about death.. (hell, he should be talkin' to some ole broad like me for example! lmao.. I'm 53/half shot myself!) Don't feel guilty for kind of giving him the 'ig' button honey.. he shouldn't be doin' this to ya! seriously...

I'm sorry about your friend. However he needs to accept situations we cannot change. Try not to get too emotionally involved.

he might be overexaggerating. if he's not pray for him and enjoy him while he's here. Just don't play into it and send him money or something since you've never met it. That's how those online scandals always play out.

I recognize this activity...it's called looking for a sympathetic ear. And I'm not so sure about the death threats...sounds to me like a manipulative "Please pity me" party kinda guy.
